Pesticide exposure causes hepatic parenchymal cell damage and impaired membrane permeability. Organic red beets contain high levels of flavonoids, betanin, polyphenols. The phytochemical compounds in beetroot are anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antihepatotoxicity. purpose this study was to determine the hepatoprotective effect organic ( Beta vulgaris L ) on hepar physiological abnormalities due pesticides. This type research is an experiment with Post Test Only Randomized Control Group Design. population male Wistar rats aged 2-3 months a weight 150-200g. sampling technique randomly assigned 30 were divided into 6 groups. Beetroot ethanol extract intake pesticide observed for 14 days. Liver measured based enzyme cholinesterase, Gamma GT, SGOT, SGPT. Measurement enzymes using IFCC method, Stardust MC15 Humalyzer spectrophotometer. Data analysis Anova test. There abnormality after which indicated by significant decrease cholinesterase (p-value=0,000) increase SGPT (p-value=0,000). (Beta L) significantly increased back decreased (p-value=0,000), approaching normal at dose 400mg/kgBW. has
